  • Products will meet your subjective expectations

3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by OKRO HOME.

An order is not accepted until:

  • Order confirmation is issued by us

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.

Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale or unauthorized export.

4. PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated, prices do not include:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping or handling fees

  • Customs, duties, or import charges

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all applicable amounts.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of products to the carrier.

OKRO HOME is powered by Shopify. However, all transactions are made directly between you and OKRO HOME.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, products, or disputes between you and OKRO HOME. You expressly release Shopify from all related claims and liabilities.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information may be processed by Shopify and its partners in accordance with their policies.

11. FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

We are under no obligation to:

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OKRO HOME and supersede prior agreements. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. We may assign freely.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OKRO HOME is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

22. HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT

(MESAFELİ SATIŞ SÖZLEŞMESİ)

This Distance Selling Contract (“Contract”) is entered into electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms and conditions set forth below.

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Contract.

Buyer

The individual or legal entity who places an order via the website www.okrohome.com.
Buyer information (name, address, contact details) is provided by the Buyer during checkout and forms an integral part of this Contract.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this Contract is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller’s website, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics, type, quantity, price (including taxes), payment method, and delivery details of the product(s) are specified on the product page and order summary confirmed by the Buyer prior to payment.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all product details before completing the purchase.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. The total price of the product(s), including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is displayed at checkout and confirmed before payment.

4.2. Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.

4.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not successfully completed or is later reversed due to fraud, chargeback, or unauthorized use.

5. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

5.1. The product(s) shall be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer within the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the website.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, force majeure, or events beyond the Seller’s control.

5.3. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CAYMA HAKKI)

6.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing any reason and without penalty, in accordance with applicable law.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via email at export@okrohome.com within the withdrawal period.

6.3. The product must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged, with all original packaging and labels intact.

6.4. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s personal preferences or customized orders

  • Products that are hygienic in nature and cannot be returned once unsealed

  • Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered by the Buyer

  • Products not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

8. REFUNDS

8.1. Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

8.2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

8.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet return conditions.

9. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer agrees that:

  • The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

  • The product is for personal use and not for resale

  • They will inspect the product upon delivery and notify the Seller immediately in case of damage or defect

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, pandemics, or transportation disruptions.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by the Buyer shall be processed in accordance with the Seller’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Contract.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s place of residence or the Seller’s registered address shall have jurisdiction, as required by law.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

This Contract becomes effective at the moment the Buyer completes the order and payment through the website.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Selling Contract.
