RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

All original tags, hygiene seals (if applicable), and packaging must be intact

The item must show no signs of use, wear, odor, damage, or alteration

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Approved returns will be provided with return instructions.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return address will be shared only after approval.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including customs, duties, and taxes

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer:

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following are non-returnable:

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, you must:

Return the original item (if eligible and approved)

Place a new order separately
EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Conditions:

Item must be unused, unopened, unworn, with tags and original packaging

Hygiene-sealed products lose eligibility once opened, as permitted by EU consumer law
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to process the refund

RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
